I have worked with Campbell Development for the past 4 years. From a few experiences, I can say that the single, most important, reason I would recommend Campbell Development is that they take pride in their work. When my expectation as the owner is on par with those of the contractor, the project is so much easier to complete. Despite Design changes, material delays, and other uncontrollable factors, Campbell Development has proven reliable in meeting critical deadlines. In fact; they deserve a large portion of the credit as one project was slated to open 3 weeks ahead of schedule.

After an extensive process of interviewing general contractors and then going through a final bid selection, we chose Campbell Development to build our property in San Tan Valley, Arizona. We are very glad that we did and here are the reasons why; Campbell Development did exactly what they to do and then some, they were on budget and on time for the project, they were proactive during the process and prevented cost escalations, they built a complex architectural design while maintaining a relationship with the architect and they were highly professional through the process. These, of course, are all very valid reasons to pick a general contractor and you would hope all GCs perform to the same capacity. My partner and I would say what we like best about the Campbell Family (all employees) are that hey are incredible people and a joy to work with. There will always be issues with a large construction project. With Campbell Development all issues were solved in a collaborative manner that made us feel we were all part of the same team.
